Bot crashed: insufficient funds

If you have linked a Telegram bot to your StalexBot, you will see this message in your Telegram:

In case of an error, the StalexBot team is alerted and will try to contact you as soon as possible if they can not solve it without your help. Most of the time when there is a margin insufficient error, you likely don't have enough of the base currency available on your exchange account. You should log in to your exchange account and make sure there is enough allocation for the bot to use. Once you have confirmed this, you can start your bot again.

Bot crashed: are the API keys valid?

Sometimes you accidently enter the wrong API key, not allowing your bot to connect with your exchange account. Then make sure to copy the keys exactly again and paste them in on the page 'Settings > API keys'.

Other reasons

As mentioned above, bots can crash because of numerous different reasons. StalexBot has a system set up that will in 99% of the cases make sure the team is alerted when an error occurs. They will be quick to contact you and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
